Who do I go to for Technology Support

    • First contact for building issues
    • Initiates contact and follows up with District Technology Team regarding issues that need further attention; follows up on issues with building staff
    • Provides on-going technical support at the buldling level
    • Keeps builing staff informed of Technology News and Updates through building communication
    • Keeps District Technology Team informed of building and staff needs/issues
    • Participates and assists with Technology Trainings (classes, open labs, workshops)
  • If you need help with the following:

    • ID Cards
    • Printers
    • Equipment Management- Stylus, IPEVO, Miscellaneous Cords
    • Hot Spots
    • Technology Tickets
    • Chromebook Repairs
    • Securly Alerts
  • If you need help with the following:

    • Technology Instructional Support
    • Support & Troubleshooting Equipment- Newline TV, Chromebooks, Desktops
    • Google Issues- Users, Devices, Apps/Extensions
    • Securly Management- Block/Allow Sites, Alerts
    • SOPPA Approval
    • ParentSquare & SmartSites
  • If you need help with the following:

    • PowerSchool- Accounts, Reports
    • Student/Staff rostering for software applications- troubleshooting accounts
    • Staff door/copy codes, phones ext.
    • Testing Support- IAR, MAP, COGAT (reports, issues)
    • Networking/ Hardware Issues and Maintenance

Technology Support

Completing a Technology Support Ticket:

  • Go to the D109 Hub home page
  • Find the google form associated to your school and complete the information regarding your technology need.
  • Send all devices to your school SysOp, who will then send to the technology department to process the issue. 
  • Please contact the technology department with any password issues.
