Technology Support
Completing a Technology Support Ticket:
- Go to the D109 Hub home page
- Find the google form associated to your school and complete the information regarding your technology need.
- Send all devices to your school SysOp, who will then send to the technology department to process the issue.
- Please contact the technology department with any password issues.

To reset your windows password which is your password for printing (THIS DOES NOT RESET GOOGLE)
- Contact Technology Department if you have forgotten your password altogether
- If you are logged in press, ctrl + alt + delete
- A menu will pop up with the option to “Change Password”
*** Windows device issues will likely require additional assistance from SysOps or the technology department. Please place a ticket through your school’s google form.
