Indian Springs School District 109

Representing an educational institution responsibly preparing everyone for a better tomorrow. 

Mission Statement:

The mission of Indian Springs School District #109 is to provide all students with a quality education that will instill a desire and ability to achieve to their maximum potential as self-supportive, independent, productive citizens prepared for college and career readiness. District #109 is devoted to accomplishing our mission by involving all of our stakeholders, inclusive of students, parents, staff members, and community members. Our commitment in District #109 is toward the recognition of all the following tenets:

  • All staff members are teachers of reading
  • Every teacher uses differentiated, research-validated instructional methodologies in order to support all of our learners
  • We are all learners; as a result, all members of the professional learning community will actively engage in professional development to advance student academic achievement
  • Data drives the decision making process for all stakeholders
  • All staff members are responsible for the growth of all students regardless of the students’ tier status
  • All staff effectively collaborate and communicate as team members
  • We continuously explore various ways to provide parents and community members opportunities to participate in the educational process

As Superintendent, it is my honor to lead a district that prioritizes academic excellence, innovation, and the overall well-being of every student.
 

At Indian Springs School District 109, our dedicated team of educators and staff work collaboratively to inspire lifelong learners and responsible citizens. We understand that every student is unique, and our goal is to provide personalized pathways that support each learner’s academic and personal growth.
